Abu Dhabi · UAE
GPR installs, tests, and certifies conventional and addressable fire-alarm systems for villas, commercial towers, and industrial facilities in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE — with full Civil Defence (ADCD) approval and Hassantuk integration.
We specify and install both system classes — the right choice depends on the building footprint, occupancy, and the consultant's fire strategy.
Zone-based detection for smaller buildings and villas. Cost-effective for low-risk occupancy where individual device identification is not required.
Each device is uniquely addressable for fast fault location and event reporting. Required for larger or higher-risk buildings in Abu Dhabi.
Integration with the Hassantuk for Homes / Hassantuk for Buildings programme as required by Abu Dhabi Civil Defence.
Device layouts, riser diagrams, loop calculations, and shop drawings prepared for ADCD submission and consultant review.
For a deeper breakdown of the two system classes, see our technical-library article on the difference between conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
We own the path from shop drawings to the No Objection Certificate (NOC). Submissions go through the Civil Defence (ADCD) portal, queries are defended, and the witness test is scheduled and attended.
Testing and commissioning records, device-by-device, are issued in the handover package along with the as-built drawings and the maintenance schedule.
Conventional systems are zone-based and suit smaller buildings (villas, small offices). Addressable systems identify individual devices, are required for larger or higher-risk buildings, and integrate cleanly with Hassantuk in Abu Dhabi. GPR specifies the right class against the consultant brief and Civil Defence requirements.
