User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your Right to Delete Your Data

Any user who has shared personal information with Green Power Revolution (“GPR”) — whether through our website forms, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads (Meta Lead Ads) — can request the deletion of their data from our systems at any time.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

  • The phone number and/or email address you used when contacting us or when filling in the lead form
  • (Optional) The channel you used — website, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram — to help us locate your records faster

3. What Happens Next

We will review your request and delete or anonymise the personal data associated with the identifiers you provide within 7–14 business days, unless we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, or contractual obligations under UAE law. In that case, we will retain only the minimum required data and inform you accordingly.

Once the deletion is completed, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you used for the request.
