By accessing and using the website at www.gprevolution.com (“the Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site or use the services provided by Green Power Revolution (“GPR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Company Information

Green Power Revolution is an Abu Dhabi–based construction and MEP contracting company, registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our registered address is ICAD 01, Abu Dhabi, UAE. GPR holds the DMT Fifth Category classification issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport.

3. Services

GPR provides construction, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), renovation, and related engineering services. Information about our services on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer.

All project engagements, quotations, and service agreements are subject to separate written contracts between GPR and the client, which will govern the specific terms and conditions of the engagement.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Transmit harmful code, malware, or any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Collect or harvest any information from the Site without our consent

5. Project Management Platform

GPR operates an internal project management platform accessible through the Site. Access to this platform is restricted to authorised GPR staff and registered users. Unauthorised access to, or use of, the platform is strictly prohibited.

Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Power Revolution or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Quotation Requests and Contact Forms

Quotation requests and contact form submissions are processed through third-party services (including Google Forms). By submitting a request, you acknowledge that your information will be transmitted to and processed by these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Submission of a quotation request does not create a binding contract. All quotations provided by GPR are subject to formal acceptance and execution of a written contract.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GPR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Project images, descriptions, and reference information displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Actual project outcomes may vary based on scope, conditions, and contractual terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, GPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to GPR for accessing the Site.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by GPR. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
